If you make a home made breakfast sandwich like an english muffin with egg, cheese and ham and then you freeze it, will it taste ok when you reheat?

What's the best way to reheat. I'm trying to make healthy, on - the -go lunches and breakfasts.

Yes!!! We do this!!! We have lots of kids & make up different sandwiches wrap them in Seran wrap-freeze- then microwave when on the run!! (microwave for less than 2 mins)
It does take some time to make them up but It's worth it!! Cheeper & healthier!!
The microwave made the biscuit warm & fluffy heated from the inside out. & was quick in the morning & in my house anything quick is GOOD!!!:)

Absolutely! I make 7 of them up every Sunday so I can have them on demand. I assemble mine and wrap them in a square of foil. When I'm hungry, I toss it in a cold oven and crank the heat up to about 400F and time it for 20 minutes. Then I unwrap it and nuke it on a plate for about a minute and a half. It still tastes absolutely great.
