How about these verses that Jesus spoke in Matthew 23:13-33:
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. Therefore you will receive greater condemnation. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves...

...Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith...

...Blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel! Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence...

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness...

...Serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell?”

Of course he was judgmental...isn't that part of his job description? :)

You focused on Matthew 23...how about...

Matt. 19:24 "...It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."

Matt. 7:21 "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."

Luke 18:14 "I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. "

Jesus frequently exemplified the concept of righteous judgment...and in doing so, showed us how to do the same. The interesting thing I've noted is that more often than not, the judgment of Jesus came against religious leaders not against non-believers. The pharisees you mentioned, the pharisee in Luke, the self-proclaimed miracle workers in Matthew 7 and more. If you want to see the teddy bear side of Jesus you have to look at the way he interacted with sinners and children...with the religious leaders of the time, "judgmental" it a tad too warm and fuzzy to describe the way Jesus responded to them!

Jesus is judgment. He is all things, the Way, the Truth and the Life of men.

Jesus spoke out for what was right.

Sometimes with love, you have to be strong enough to lay down the law.

i als think He's a teddy bear. He's so kind and gentle.

when Jesus came to us the first time , He did not come to judge, He came to tell the truth about Gods word. Now His second coming He will come to judge the living and the dead.

He was never judgemental, it's these so called church people that decided to be judgemental and openminded for their own selfish benefit, such as collecting all that tilting money for themselves that new members have to give out and lose to the church.
