what does Scientology believe: about God; the meaning/purpose of life; what is right and wrong; creation and the natural order; the essential nature of man- mind, soul, body, spirit; society marriage, family, children and elders, etc; ultimate authority; government; have and have nots; the man's past? also where are most of the believers located geographically. who are the " gate keepers"?

First Scientology does not believe in anything. It is supposed to be Applied religious philosophy. In other words it claims that their are spiritual laws that make this world what it is ,just like there are physical laws that make this world what IT is.
And by knowing and applying these laws to you'r life you can achieve greater happiness and success in all aspects of life.
The problem is that there are truths in some of these teachings mixed in with lies, and thats where people get caught up, in the lies.
Because when you are new in scientology you are only presented with the truth and shown how it works you will fall for it. Then little by little you are sucked into a trap of lies and before you know it you are believing in aliens.( I never got to the point of believing in aliens , I got out because I was noticing the falsehoods, I did see a friend of mine start to break down and start believing in aliens.it was close to the time I left)
As far as the list of items you wrote, of course they are going to claim the politically correct answer.
