KIWI SMOOTHIE

4 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tsp. lime juice
1 banana
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
10 ice cubes

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for 2 kiwi slices. Serve in 2 tall glasses and garnish each with a kiwi slice.

PAPAYA CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIES

2 Papayas; ripe
1/2 c. Orange juice
1/2 c. Vanilla frozen yogurt

Peel, seed and coarsely chop papayas. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

MELON SMOOTHIE

1/4 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp. sugar

In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

BANANA PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
1 c pineapple juice
3 bananas, sliced
1 tbsp. honey
2 c. ice

In a blender, combine pineapple juice, bananas, honey and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Any flavor light yoplait yogurt, (I like lemon or key lime pie) and a cup of frozen fruit, (I like strawberries or raspberries) and a yoplait cup full of water or juice. I use water or sometimes crystal light. The smoothie still ends up delicious with water and it doesn't add unneccessary calories. You can add a packet of artificial sweetener if you want it a little sweeter.

i make up my own throw some ice and milk in the blinder your fav friut flavor yogert and some real fruit of whatever you want to put in or you can add a lil bit of a fruit juice

vanilla ice cream little bit of milk and some frozen peaches and about of shot of apple juice is so good or buy
DORA ice cream found at walmart or foodland mix that with apple juice or any flavor jiucey juicy play around with some ideas so you can make it just how you like it only make a little at first to make sure you like it
