See your Career Counselor in the Reserve Unit
and request Active Duty and they would be able to do this. I believe that it is not hard to do. I did the same thing with no problems!! The Career Counselor will be able to help you!!

you should probably get a 2-year contract. i think of the army has been exceptionally massive in this. in spite of the undeniable fact that, please evaluate that a 2-year contract will probable be for a job that doesn't require a fabulous variety of coaching. My training in the army took over 2 years, and that they do no longer look to be going to place you thru that style of training just to push aside you to the reserves once you're completed. the two way, i'm tremendously confident that despite in case you do a 2-year contract you would be inactive reserve for here six years. i need to be incorrect (and please, if somebody notices this, please say in any different case) yet maximum contracts are for an 8-year finished legal accountability - despite in case you go six years energetic accountability and 2 years reserve or 4 years energetic and four reserve... it frequently provides as much as an 8 year dedication.

It's no problem to switch. Just tell your recruiter that you want to make the switch and they will make it happen for you. Hopefully there is an infantry spot open in active duty.

Should not be that hard; talk to the career counselor at your reserve unit or the Marine recruiter and they should be able to get you through the paperwork.
