he is 87 years old and he has had it for 7 weeks and is there anyone who could tell me how long he my live for

If it has spread like that, he has had it more than seven weeks. This is very serious and the end is probably near. He has lived a long life and I hope he does not suffer.
There are good doctors who can provide you with enough of the right kind of pain killing medicine to end it if it becomes too painful. I wish you both the best.

That's an impossible question honey. If it is now in his chest and liver it has spread quite widely and he probably cannot go on for too much longer, Good luck to you all, my prayers are with you.

Once his skin starts turning yellow, he probably has a week to live. That's what happened to my grandma who had liver cancer. She was 94. When they can't eat anymore, they get week pretty fast. I hope you can at least spend your last Christmas with your grandpa.

It sounds like it has spread pretty far through his system it might have been dicoverd 7 weeks ago but he's prob had it a while
Life span is dependant on type of cancer it is and how agressive it is, But i would'nt expect to long to be honest sorry :-(

It depends upon his desire to live. But in the liver is extremely serious.

ask his doctor he is the right person to ask he will know what stage your grandfather is at in his illness good luck
