I did watch the video on How do you know you are really saved, and its so right on. Thank you for this truth message you bring to yahoo. We cant trust our hearts to say if we are saved. WE must trust Gods heart. Are we willing to truy love and trust Him and be obedient? If not, we fool ourselves.
To all, watch the video and know, the only sure fire way to know if you are saved is to ask yourself, do you live for Jesus, do you live as Jesus lived, speaking as He spoke. Do you repent of your sins and stay on track wth what Gods plans are for you? If you are turning from sin, and turning only to God, and knowing that Jesus is your saviour, that He came and died for your sins, then you can know you are saved. Jesus is the only way, and obedience is the requirement.
Obedience leads to blessing, and disobedience leads to curse.
This is a most awesome video. I cired, literally cried thru all of it.
It speaks to the heart and mind of God.
God bless you for providing this to us yahoo folks.
God bless you to overflow.
Press on dear brother. God will protect you thru it all.

Everyone is saved and have been since Jesus died it was his purpose. You don't get saved by acting a certain way you were saved then. It is whether or not you accept the gift of salvation and let God lead you to do right humans cannot be perfect and will flub up and He knows that which is why He knew it would take an ultimate price to pay for our redemption.

Yes I am in agreement with Paul Washer - that their are far too many people out there that have been taught the "easy believism" theory of Christianity.
“Easy believism” is a somewhat derogatory term used by opponents of the view that one needs only to believe in Jesus in order to be saved. From this they conclude that those who hold to sola fide (faith alone) are saying that no corresponding need exists for a committed life of Christian discipleship as proof of salvation, but this is not true. Those who use the term easy believism are confusing justification—the one-time act of being declared righteous by God—with sanctification—the lifelong process by which the justified believer is conformed to the image of Christ. Those who call salvation by faith easy believism miss the fact that true conversion will always result in sanctification and a life of good works.

Ugh. One hour? Sorry, just don't have the time. But YES I know I'm really saved, because I have God's assurance of salvation: I've confessed and believed, and once saved, always saved.
And... believing, really believing... means total commitment and trust. It's a life thing.

You dont. I thought I was. Turns out I was wrong. Have seen the same in other people too.
Srsly, the worst thing that could happen to someone who isnt saved is to spend their whole life in church when they aint going anywhere. Total loss.

My definition of "Christian" might not be the same as yours; that doesn't give you the right to claim I'm not one because I'm not the same denomination as you, or because I've never heard of this joker you're talking about.
Whatever happened to "judge not lest ye be judged", I wonder?

You can't even know that Jesus saves in the first place. So of course you can't KNOW if you're saved.
