depends on how you say it. i'm a guy. if you guys are both laughing and having a good time and you just say "you're so silly," that's totally cool. BTW of you like this guy ask HIM out. us guys love that. We hate always having to ask. do us a favor and spare us the stuttering and mumbling. ;)

Silly to a girl is like funny to a guy, so yes, it would be OK if he knows the language of girls.

Well,it kinda depends onthe person personality and the way you tell them. If you approach him in a funny way, perhaps he will take it easily but if you,like,talk to him in a more serious way then he will take this seriously and I dont think that you want him to be angry. But your question does intrigue me though since you had the "..." there...I mean the ". So its all about the approach and all but if you dont want to hurt his feelings,watch your words.

You mean like silly in a "haha" kinda way, then thats ok, but anything else, not so much.

If he was into you, he would relish it...hang on every last syllable of that sentence. If hes not, he'd probably turn his silliness on you. Is that what youre looking for?

if i were a guy....i owuld take it as a compliment. Being a guy i might also think you like me cuz guys r like that...sometimes....silly is good tho sooo its not bad.

depends if thats what he means for himself as a self image but i think most guys would be upset because that puts them right into the friend catagory
