My mom called me & told me that my dog is just laying & tremblin because he is bleeding from his ear & puss is coming out. She put alcohol on him & cleaned it out for him but we have no Idea what it is that he has. We cant afford to take him to the vet its way to pricey for them to just say oh it was a big zit in his ear. What can it be? He is like 2 years old in human years. Hes not a big dog he is mixed with poodle.

My dog always goes to the vet & they did not tell us that he had an infection. They did tell us the first time we took him when he was a puppy & we bought him the medicine & we always take him to his appts. & this time they gave us solution to clean his ear & we did. I called the vet just now & I will take him it will only cost $42 for check up that I can afford i thought it would be more medicine is extra but I know it wont be to expensive for my dog.

Honey there comes a time when an animal has to go to a vet whether you can afford it or not. Everyone has something they can sell if money is the only thing stopping them from taking him. He's no doubt in a lot of pain. he could even go deaf. You parents could even end up in trouble for negelcting the dog if they don't get him help.
It takes a lot for a dog to show signs of pain so he really is suffering. Ask your mom or dad to call around vets to see if they will take payments. Maybe they can put it on a credit card. There is even a credit card they can get just for vet care. Unfortunetly it seems you are no longer allowed to give links or I would add it for you. If all else fails as I said we all have things we can sell.
This poor dog badly needs to see a vet. I'm sending a prayer for him. I wish I could do more.
Edit: I'm so glad you called the vet and are getting him some help. Way to go! It's always wonderful when you know someone really wanted advice and not just have someone agree with what they have said. I know everything will be okay now. :-)

If that was your ear that was bleeding and has puss coming out of it, and it was hurting, what would you do?
He is is laying around trembling, and his ear is bleeding its an more than likely an infections, which needs to be seen by a vet to recieve the proper antibiotics. If you cant afford the vet bill or proper care then you shouldnt have an animal.

Well, Puss = infection, Blood, unless it's inside the body, is never a good sign. I think that if your dog is laying and trembling then it's far worse than a zit. I think you should do something before you end up charged with neglect. With-holding proper vet care from your dog. Tomorrow, make an appointment and get this taken care of before your dog dies.

He needs to go to the vet, and if you can't afford a vat then I strongly suggest that you don't get another pet until you can afford them with the proper care. There are vets out there that are very inexpensive, I hope you can find one and your dog is fine!

The shield shouldn't of positioned a dogs up for adoption that had lots well-being issues. i'm shocked that the shield did no longer supply you a certificates to pay for the dogs's vet circulate to and in spite of else the dogs mandatory. You paid them money to undertake him. they could of a minimum of helped hide the charges for the vet circulate to. the main you're able to do is prepare them a duplicate of the checklist of issues that replace into unwell that destructive dogs and ask them to furnish you 0.5 of what you paid for him. when you consider which you probably did pay for him, they won't be able to take him from you. i would not take him back to that shield in case you return to a decision to no longer save him. you won't have the skill to get an entire refund till you return to a decision to furnish the dogs back to them. This dogs desires somewhat some TLC. i would not undertake from there anymore, yet have some distinctive people circulate into the shield and verify issues out. If the animals stay in terrible situations and are purely as unwell as your dogs replace into, then you definately could desire to call and discover out the thank you to circulate approximately reporting them. If somebody has a digital camera this is sufficiently small to hold interior the shield without being seen, it could be an remarkable gadget if photos could be taken without postpone till now group has a huge gamble to work out, or use the digital camera as a recorder. That way you are able to produce actual info in case you return to a decision to rfile them. purely keep in mind that in case you return to a decision to try this which you're doing it for the animals.

1) STOP PUTTING ALCOHOL IN HIS EAR!!
2) take your poor dog to the vet. it sounds like he has an ear infection that has been going on for quite sometime. if left untreated the dog will continue to suffer and could end up with a scarred down ear and deafness. not to mention he is in pain.
add- SAMANTHA, stop advising people to give their dogs advil!!! advil is never safe to give to an animal.

Sweetheart....none of us are going to be able to tell you what exactly is wrong with your dog, or what the outcome will be. We could speculate...but that wouldn't do you much good. Bottom line is...he needs to go to a vet. Period. Instead of paying for your internet...cut your service off, pawn your computer and take that living, breathing creature to get the medical attention he needs.

Call your local shelter or rescue group, they usually have vets on call or on premises and fees are very inexpensive. You really need to have him seen as it could be a number of things. Blood coming from the ear sounds really serious to me and I'd be hightailing it to the nearest vet.
