Okay, I am doing a report, obviously, on Martial Arts. I am writing a 5 paragraph essay and need to know 3 different types dealing with different topics. I need to know a martial ars MAINLY dealing with:
Strength
Pressure Points
Quickness

Please try to make them common, not something that you would need to fly around the world to learn.

Edit: I know, each art has a to do with the 3 catergories but i am looking for !*MAIN*! ones.

hey im doing a paper on which is better MMA or boxing as a sport lol well for strength go with karate or muay thai for speed i would have to go with Kung fu and for pressure points i would say either Hapkido or a NInjustu. im not quite sure what you mean on your edited statement by main ones but if u mean the most famous or common then i gave you them. but if you have any questions just ask me i am a black belt in hapikido which deals with a lot of pressure points.

Just about any Martial Arts you can find a school for here in the US covers what you want but my personal preferences for you to check out would by Taekwon-Do (ITF), Ninjutsu (There are legitimate schools here in the US) These you just have to ask for credentials from IBDA for the US side or Dr. Masaakai Hatsumi from Japan (34th Generation Master Togakure Ryu)
and last but not least Goju Ryu Karate.

Hope this is what you manted or that is at least helps.

When you study the Classical Arts of Okinawa, you get all of the above.

Learning under a knowledgeable instructor means that you will be able to use your art without exerting a lot of strength. Proper instruction teaches you the mechanics of the art and this overcomes strength.

Tiger style kung fu
Uses strength training to make the fingers very strong
Uses that strength to manipulate tendons, muscles, joints, and pressure points
And its agressivness turns into speed

Or you can extensivley study "Chin Na"
