if a 15 year old gets charged with aggravated assault with deadly weapon and it really wasnt a bad assult [[it was just a threat]] and the victim wants him to come out before she has her baby[[hes gonna be a dad]]. and the victim tells the police that it was a misunderstanding and she wants him to come back home, how long will he get and what would happen here in texas?

I think the state picks up the charges and you can't stop it.sounds like he needs to do some time anyway and maybe he will straighten up!! good luck!

If the "victim" signed a warrant for the "assailant," then that is just tough. A felony warrant should never be a misunderstanding.

I hope he graduates from a prison high school.

Fifteen-year-old fathers that commit assault with deadly weapon are on their way to being on the cover of Thug Life. Chances are, this will not be the last time he gets locked up.

What I get from this is a 15 year old boy threatened the girl who's pregnant with his baby with a gun and now he wants her to lie for him so his sentence won't be as long.

That's a helluva a way to start a family.
