Milka or Lindt have the best dark and milk chocolates. Godiva is second place for both. White chocolate is technically not chocolate at all - its made of cocoa butter, confectioners sugar, and milk solids.

Milk is fine and will do if there is no dark available.
White chocolate isn't even food in my world.

dark definately. but it has to be like good quality, not where its just like 10% chocolate like milk chocolate.

2. Dark. The darker the better. The higher the concentration of cocoa it has, the better it is for you too.
