I have spinal stenosis and slight athritus ( both spelt incorrectly) in my lower back. i go to the gym regularly and after a session there is no pain other than a slight discomfort and even before the pain is uncomfortable rather than agony. I have found that recently that I have felt my legs were going to collapse but U knew they were not. Tonight I was waiting for my wife to arrive at tthe station when I felt they were going to collapse and as I walked I felt that I was not using them properly in fact I felt I was losing control of the movement and I could not place them where I wanted to . It felt they were a couple of inches away from whee they should have been and that I was walking like a drunk. I sat down for about three minutes and when the traimn came in I felt OK. I had not bveen drinking. Any Ideas?

I have arthritus but not a spinal problem although i have had sciatica. That is through playing football 4 times a week for the last 25 years. Please see a specialist and don't leave until you get the right answer. I cycle every day at least 10 miles every day and that in my opinion helps but my doc thinks i am a freak of nature.

Gosh, I am not a doctor or shrink sorry. Hope you get well. As for the drink, it might get you on your feet again = it has for me many times. Or move in to the gymn. Actually, I have the same symptoms, but I have been on this bloooodycomputer for yonks collecting violations.
