first i have to hid emy shoes then when it can't get anythign to chew on it turns to my foot. My mom got him a chew toy and it still wont stop licking/biting/snifing my feet.

My Aussie is a foot licker, and a leg licker, and a face licker.

Licking and sniffing are about normal for a young puppy. But you're going to have to teach him that biting is a no-no. Tell him "No!" in a firm voice when he does something you don't want him to do. And be consistent. If he keeps trying to do the unacceptable action, swat him with a rolled-up newspaper. Again, be consistent.

my dogs lick my feet too but they dont bite it.

uhh. i dont know how to help you there.
but i think theres like, a spray or something that makes the dogs not go near it. maybe spray that on your foot.

You might have to spray 'Repel' on your feet and/or shoes for a while ... just remember not to smell your own feet.

he probably likes the salt from sweat on it or it may smell good to him if it taste sick though he will stop eating it so if u put something gross on it right before he eats it he may stop
