Okay, so Lucifer is allowed into Heaven but are the only angels named in the bible Micheal and Gabriel? Does it say that God wants their names kept secret? What does it say about good and bad angels?

and yes God keeps thier names secrect...

I tend to have to go to Apocryphal sources to learn the names of the other spirits. I don't know if God intended to keep them secret. I know that Raphael is in the Book of Tobit, the Book of the Secrets of Enoch has a lot of their names - if they can be trusted as sources.
The good one's, as expected, do God's will. While the others are apparently in the ranks of Satan. I understand it to be a hierarchy, that one is above another. With Satan as the head of them. There is an evil spirit which is supposed to be the same one who was, is not, and shall ascend out of the Bottomless Pit to possess the Antichrist. He was the same as the Prince of Persia, who was supposed to have possessed the body of Alexander the Great.
So I would say that there are a lot of them, one third of what Heaven had as angelic beings, who joined Satan in the rebellion.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

It's not that God wants their names kept secret, but the angels do not want to draw away attention from God to themselves. They are God's messengers and servants (sort of in an earthly frame of mind) so they want all praise and glory given to it's rightful owner: God.
What it says about angels:
Good angels: Not much
Bad angels: are responsible for the turmoil on earth, can possess persons and objects, will be subjected to all of the punishments and judgments as Satan (Lucifier).

Sex in Heaven must be very lousy or the female angels very prudish and ugly. In the days of Noah the male angels came down from Heaven to copulate with the girls from around here because they noticed that they were “beautiful” (Gen 6:1-2)... That tells you a lot how bad sex in Heaven must be thanks to these angels!
