it shouldnt be a problem, but it will take some getting used to so have time and patience to make sure it goes well

I just brought home a pug puppy a month ago, and I have 4 cats ( a 10 year old, and the rest are 2) and it took some getting used to... but they will get along after a while!

If you bring in the puppy, there should be no problem because as a puppy the have no built up anger towards cats. The dog will mature and not chase and kill cats like most dogs due. I have done this and it was very succesful.

It shouldn't be a problum. Cats are playful as kittens and so are puppies. The puppy will probably want to play and get smacked by the cats but it will learn. They should, after a weak, get a long fine.

It shouldn't been too much of a problem. It might take all of them some getting used to, but will work itself out. I have a cat and a dog and had the cat first. She doesn't like the dog much, but she just avoids the dog and still seems to love me.

In my experience, cats accept dogs better than they accept new cats!
We have dogs and cats -- millions of people have both. It shouldn't be a problem!

it also depends, are your cats independent?
it will be rough for a long time for the puppy
the cats will think of him as trash but sooner or later you will see them all snuggling on the couch
i think it is a perfect idea
