I'm going into electronics in college and I was wondering if there were any websites that show you how to make basic things (flashlights, buzzers, or something wacky...). Since I want to have a head start ^^

thanks.

You won't get much of a head start by making joy circuits. There is a world of a difference between EE and hobby electronics. Mostly it's the math a EE needs to understand how the circuit really works. Most hobbyists are engaged in "monkey see, monkey do" kind of procedures without understanding much of what they are doing. One notable exception are HAMs because there is no monkeying around in RF design. Either you know what you are doing or it does not work. Not even a little.

Read and learn your text books. Get an A+ on everything you are learning. That's what is going to get you ahead.

Well, you apparently need to start with elementary school electrical if you are talking about batteries, buzzers, lights, etc.
Electronics these days is integrated circuits and transisters.

Not a website - the ARRL Handbook, that's one of the best books on electronics.

Check your local library - most libraries have at least one copy.
