The cheapest hotel in midtown is the Elk Hotel, 360 W 42nd St, corner of 9th Ave, around $60/night.

I went to New York in July for 4 days and stayed at the holiday inn on 57th street. It was safe central and cheap and cheerful.

i'm from wisconsin and only booked a visit for 6 days/5 nights with the aid of travelocity. finished fee became into $451 and that's for air and lodge and around trip commute to the lodge. greatest fee is airfare. i am going on Sunday and not leaving until Friday. extra fee-effective in the process the week. And it only fee approximately one extra $20 in keeping with night in case you reside better than 3 nights. of path, you will choose money once you get there! Edit: I only observed which you needed that to comprise spending money. My notes above regarding my trip do no longer comprise any spending/eating/eating money. i became into going to deliver a pair of thousand to have relaxing on. Eats are low-priced in Vegas. you will locate dinners for only $20. And once you go, confirm you have a great number of small charges for tipping!
