command prompts?

At command prompts in safe mode, what command do I give to restore system in windows xp home edition. I've tried command "msconfig" but no response.

Type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe in the command prompt in safe mode to run system restore.

With XP you go to Start, then choose All Programs, then choose Accessories, then choose System Tools, and then Choose SYSTEM RESTORE.
