I told the guy i like that i liekd him like in Semptember. He was pretty shocked and wouldn't believe it at first but then he got used to the idea and now believes it. And then like 3 or 2weeks ago i asked him if he like wanted to han-out and he said sure but he's usually busy and all that. But then i asked him if he knew i meant like go out and then he never wrote back(i said this on the computer) and then my friend asked him if i asked him to hang-out like in the park or something like that what would he say and he said maybe... is he interested? or does he like me jsut as friends? he also stares at me and sometimes he seems like he wants to be next to me and sometimes he doesn't. Then, he also sometimes show-offs in front of me. and whenever i'm around(he's the annyoing type) he acts all nice and to me expecially. Like, one time my friends were tlaking about how i was singing on the phone and he was trying hard no to laugh for some reason.

you sound young ( the park gave it away ) so this means he is young. and mentally us guys don't develop as fast as females don't worry we catch up later so yes sounds like he likes you but doesn't know how to express it. so take it easy on him if you like him. you don't sound shy so be persistent on asking him out. as for the gift i don't think i would go that far but maybe a card would be nice with a little personal touch inside telling him that you are thinking of him, with a lipstick kiss inside.

WOW Girl this is a crazy situation......ok so kudos for telling him how you feel. Ok, it sounds to me like he is interested in you as more than a friend but respects and appreciates you as a friend too. Tell your friends to back off with the questions.....if he is interested, them always asking him stuff about you will run him off. I have come to realize that guys like girls who are upfront with them about their feelings. He may think that you ONLY like him as a friend.....I would talk to him again and let him know how you feel, and see how it goes from there. He might not really believe that you have feelings for him, as more than a friend. About the Christmas gift......make that decision AFTER you talk to him. Hope this helps.......

Sorry but the guy sounds like a loser if you were to be with him after you started dating. I mean there might be trouble later. Sounds like he doesn't really care to be in a relationship with you. Why brother? I don't think he's your type. He doesn't know how to treat a gal. Don't be so sad if it doesn't work out. You don't deserve this. Move on.

You said you asked him over the computer, so, in order to get the most honest answer (not necessarily what he says but how he reacts) i'd ask him in person. Make sure he understands EXACTLY what you're saying since some guys (I myself) are completely oblivious to things.

i think he does kinda like you, if he always wants to be near you then he does.
if it seems like he doesnt care about you right now, he just might be under alot of stress or conflicting with another girl that he likes.
its up to you wheter or not u wanna buy him a gift
