2 tablespoons pork juices
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons red wine
1 cup milk
half a cup of water
salt and pepper to taste if required

Slowly stir flour into wine and add to pork juices and heat gently stirring all the time.
Gradually stir in milk and water.
Stir until mixture thickens.

Are you frying them? If so, pour off fat, except for about 1 T.
Add 1 T. flour. Cook and stir over med heat. Add 1 C. milk, cook and stir til thick. Makes 1 C.
Rule: per 1 c. liquid, use 1 T fat and 1 T flour.
