so i brake my belt on accident cuz its already torn at one end kuz i went skateboarding i fell then it snaps and tears apart i have no other belts so i ask my mom to bu me a another belt because like all my clothes dont fit me . so she tells me i bet you broke it on purpose. i tell her mom it was already torn before and it snaped she doesnt listen she keeps telling me . i bet you broke it on purpose
she gets me pissed and i yell i didnt brake it on purpose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
she gets up and punches me in my chest and slams me into the wall and grabs my shirt and pushes me upstairs im nearly out of breath
then she tells me im grounded and i have no christmas

wow, your mom is ridiculous. but she shouldnt be punching you-- thats abuse, you should report it.

This isn't really a question is it? That's abuse! I'm guessing you're in your teens and living at home. It really doesn't matter if you broke the belt on purpose or not (I can't imagine that you would, what would that get you?) your mom should never have put her hands on you. That is clear cut abuse and she is not setting a very good example to say the least! Your mom needs to get help to control her anger, something else must be going on for her to be behaving like that. Try to talk to her about how you feel about it when she's calm and see if that gets you anywhere. Good luck and I'm sorry you're going through this. :(

PLEASE talk to someone and get some help. No matter how mad a parent gets that kind of treatment toward your child is abuse and sweetheart, no child deserves the beating you just got. One day she is really going to do some major damage. The best Christmas gift you can give yourself is to get away from that crazy situation and get a life. You sound like a good kid and some family would be lucky to have you. God bless you.

I think you should do the same~Go downstairs and say i am sorry for yelling at you mom and give her a hug~

Its hard to believe that is all you did for you to get a reaction like the one she gave you. I mean it sounds like there is more going on than this, it also sounds like their really needs to be better communication in the house and you and your mom have some issues to work out

Have a talk to your mom, tell her how you feel when she doesn't believe you. Tell her that she may be your mom, but you have your own life and she have no right to not let you have no Christmas!
