Pretty cool, huh? Personally, I'm still hoping they find some live ones in Scotland (old Nessie fan).

The easy answer is "neither". Aquatic creatures, and that included aquatic mammals and reptiles, were not included in the "list" of things needing shelter on the Ark. Land animals and birds and creepy crawlies only, along with food plants and people, were loaded up.

I'm not fully convinced of the "ages" attributed to fossilized remains. Many scientists have falsified evidence, or been proved wrong, too many times for me to place much faith in their exaggerated numbers. The living clam that "tested" over 3,000 years old (carbon-14 test) is only one such example. There are further problems with radiocarbon dating, but I would rather have you look that up yourself. Try the following site; I found it quite informative.

It died in the flood because it did not make it onto the ark.

LOL... I guess he had to use magic.... and, as we all we all know, magic requires a degree from Hogwarts. Noah must have been a wizard.
