A wealth of evidence shows that the Pastoral Epistles attributed to Paul were pseudepigraphies, documents written by someone else (long after Paul's death) but using Paul's name to impart greater authority to the content.
1 Timothy not only presents a view of women inconsistent with those earlier letters for which authorship is not contested (where he honors a number of women for their teaching an ministry), but the Pastoral Epistles also describe heresies and church organizations that did not exist in Paul's day. They also use vocabulary inconsistent with Paul's style or his time.

Proverbs was not written by Paul. It is like comparing apples to oranges. You just need to get a better understanding of the Scriptures.

I believe it was Saul/Paul who instituted that women should have "no voice" when it comes to church matters, according to his letters.
It's up to you to listen to Saul/Paul or not. I don't.
Peace be with you.
