If he was any man at all, he would wait until she was sober. What was he afaid she would say "NO" when sober........

Taking advantage of anyone while there intoxicated is not right, no matter the age......( unless of coarse I was the one intoxicated and the 23yr old took advantage of me then I wouldn't mind) but that's me..........

But yes it is wrong.........

Yes and no. Yes, its was wrong for him to seduce her. No, she shouldn't be so intoxicated in the first place, she was aware what happen next. Maybe she wanted it to happen since she didn't refuse his offer.

it depends on the level of intoxication. if she was passed out and he groped her that is one thing, but if she is drunk and comes on to him, i don't think it should be his responsibility to back off. I mean where are they that a 40yr old and a 20yr old are hanging out like that? Maybe the whole situation is inappropriate.

If he was sobber then it would be considered the same as rape woldn't it, he is plenty old enough to know that if someone is intoxicated you don't have sex with them because they are not able to think muchless give concent, so YES it is wrong!

If you hadn't mentioned the intoxicated part, no.

first of all she's not a girl, she's her own woman and second yes, it seems questionable. he could have seen her as a truly beautiful woman though, age aside...the way you put it here, I'm more inclined to lean towards him wanting a bedtime friend...hope the "girl" is OK
blessings and luck to you
