sorry i mean with primary aged children what things in the world confuse them like "where does blood come from?" etc.

If you give them more than two options at a time, they will get confused, like if you say, "You can buy these shoes, these ones, those ones, or those ones." Give them just two options and if they don't like either then give more options.
