To curl your hair to look like Vanessa Hudgens, you'll need 1 1/2 inch curlers. Your hair should be long and layered and it should be thick and full of volume to see the best effects.

Use hair serum that prevents your hair from drying out.
Curl in layers. Vanessa Hudgen's hair is sort of wavy at the top and then she has big tight curls at the bottom. Start with a clump of hair on the top layer and curl loosely. Do this to the whole top layer. For the bottom layer, curl tighter and make it gradual.
