YOU DEFINITELY WANT TO MISS THIS DON'T CLICK HERE-
Geeze.
If this is your first job combine it with something you like and something that pays. Don't worry if it isn't "cool". This is the first step to being an adult. Than again, unless you like wearing a suite remember that you will make mistakes. It's all a learning process. Be honest, get advice and practice what you will say at an interview. Go online and look at possible answers to interview questions.
My first job was fast food, I HATED it... but it taught me what I didn't want to do. I wanted to be like the cool girls and work at the trendy retail clothing store. There is nothing wrong with that. You may love it you may hate it. But you wont know until you try. The important thing is to be honest with yourself. If you don't like it, tell your manager. He or she may be able to help you see things differently or maybe give you a different job.
Try volunteering to see what you like.

Fast Food if you want to be like everyone else. Otherwise Babysitting or Lawn Care. You can try out the hospitals and clean laundry. Nursing homes need dish washers.

Your first job should be in retail, it'll be a great starting point to understand customer service. And plus, you'll be hired easily.
