Lets cut a deal, give us 1.5 hours every Sunday instead of going to your religions practices, don't ask questions, take notes and maybe after a month or two the world will begin to realize it

I agree with those who suggest that evolution may not be the best example, because it is believed by the majority. But that doesn't weaken your point.
You know, centuries ago, one may have attributed general ignorance to difficulty getting the word out. However, in modern times, TV and the internet make the flow of information lightning fast. The problem is that misinformation gets around faster.
For example, in this forum a number of people have sent queries that say something like: "Why has the ACLU declared war on Christmas." Always at least one of the responses explains that this is a false rumor. Never mind how you feel about the ACLU -- the fact is that the "War on Xmas" story is a fabrication. Nevertheless, people ignore the facts, and keep posting their opinions as though the story had merit.
People are willing to give creedence to any story that is fun or entertaining, or that agrees with their biases. Remember that old urban legend about the guy who collected fire insurance to pay for the cigars he smoked? Of course it never happened, but anybody who pointed that out was considered a spoil sport.

The smart people have figured out evolution is a sham -- junk science. The people who still believe in it just haven't bothered to really dig into the so called examples trotted out for evolution, and investigate what is really happening in these so-called examples that supposedly support evolutionists claims. The deeper one digs, the more the claims of evolutionist's fall apart.
Here's an interesting debate/exchange between Dr. Lee Spetner and Dr. Edward E. Max
http://www.kolbecenter.org/spetner.critique.html
"…Despite the insistence of evolutionists that evolution is a fact, it is really no more than an improbable story. No one has ever shown that the mechanism of NDT can result in Evolution A. Most evolutionists assume that long sequences of microevolutionary events can produce Evolution A, but no one has ever shown it to be so. …….
Dr. Edward E. Max made a valiant attempt to present a case for evolution in his posting on the URL cited above. That he failed is not because of any defect in the author. Dr. Max is an intelligent, competent, and articulate scientist. He has a PhD and an MD, and for many years has done research and published on the genetics of the immune system, and he has made important contributions to our knowledge in this field. If he could not make a good case for evolution, there must be something woefully wrong with evolution…. "

The masses refuse to be educated. They don't read books, don't read newspapers, don't do anything to better their minds. Here's proof of that:
The following statistics about book publishing and reading were found on www.parapub.com, the Web site of self-publishing guru Dan Poynter. They'll give you an idea of what you're up against if you want to write books for a living.
1/3 of high school graduates never read another book for the rest of their lives.
42 percent of college graduates never read another book after college.
80 percent of U.S. families did not buy or read a book last year.
70 percent of U.S. adults have not been in a bookstore in the last five years.
57 percent of new books are not read to completion.
70 percent of books published do not earn back their advance.
70 percent of the books published do not make a profit.
(Source: Jerold Jenkins, www.JenkinsGroupInc.com)
53 percent read fiction, 43 percent read nonfiction. The favorite fiction category is mystery and suspence, at 19 percent.
55 percent of fiction is bought by women, 45 percent by men.
Pitiful, isn't it???
And, we expect these dopes to understand science and evolution? Not hardly.

In my opinion, I think it's a problem of comminication. When people say "evolution" many of my Christian friends think of where mankind came from, but here is the way I see it. I am a Christian and I do not believe we evolved from monkeys but I do not disregard all evolution because of this one aspect. We have fossil evidence of creatures which once lived in the water eventually adapted and lived on land. When new species of plants are developed through cross pollinating, that is a form of evolution. When a virus which is killed by an antibiotic becomes immune and another antibiotic must be developed, that is because the virus has changed and evolved. So the evidence of evolution is all around us and except for the "man from monkeys" aspect of it, of which there is no evidence other than theory, there should be no conflict between evolution and the Christian faith.

The Majority of people do not believe evolution because it has failed miserably in proving itself time and time again...we can only be force fed the same ignorant jargon for so long before it gets vomited out of us forever.
I grew up with the "theory of evolution" and as I recall, I didn't really put too much stock in it then, and certainly do not now.
It is the simple minded who wish to believe we are base animals with no real purpose for existence...because if that is true, then nothing they do can be called "wrong" or "evil" as they claim those things do not exist.
Hate to break it to them, but the judgment will be universal and indiscriminate towards believers and unbelievers alike. All will be judged and those without Christ as their Savior will indeed be wishing and praying they had trusted God instead of fallen man's ideas of science when they had the time to make a difference in the outcome of their eternity.
Seek Christ and be forgiven, and have eternal life guaranteed by faith in Him while there is still time.
God Bless you all.

How about this...
You can either try to understand this very thick scientific book, which is pretty hard to read, lots of big words....
Or....
You can say "god did it"
Some people are bound to see which is the easy way ;)

It's easier to eat predigested food (albeit fattening and deadly) than it is to chew and digest hard fiber (albeit good for your system)....
