weird feeling.?

i have a weird feeling in my lower stomach where i would have cramps but its not cramps. and a has tiny little pains in my lower back where i would also get back cramps.. like period cramps.... can anyone tell me what this is?

Because there are several possibilities for what could be causing this crampy type feeling the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
