The rest of the field. Jeff and Jimmie have to good of a relationship with their crew chiefs and they all have different personalities. They are matched up perfect now that is why they do so good.

Gordon, hands down. He's proven that he can win with Evernham, Loomis, and Letarte. Johnson's never been with anyone but Knaus, who just happens to be the best in the sport today. If you gave Gordon the best cars now (Knaus-built), he'd dominate, just like he did when he had the best cars in the late 90s (Evernham-built).
