Alt F C to close the document/workbook, Alf F X to close the program.
By the way it is completely possible to use a computer today without a mouse. The mouse is a fairly new invention and when computers first started becoming popular in the late 1970's you used control keys for everything. You still can and I often when teaching, have a day when I take the mouse away from my students and make them use the keyboard. The mouse has made computing much too easy.

Hold Alt and press Tab till you highlight the window you want to close, then release Alt to make that window active. Then you can do an Alt and F4 to close the window.
You can also just tap the Alt key to activate the menu's, and use the arrow keys to move around the menu's in the system to save and close any documents you have open.

Several ways. ALT - F4 was already mentioned, and that will close the program. CTRL - W will usually close a window. ALT - F should open the file menu, and you can select Close or Exit from there.
Good luck!

hit the alt key and you will see the world "file" highlight. than you can use your arrow down key and go to close. than hit enter.
if you have multiple windows hold down alt and press tab and you can keep pressing tab to toggle between other programs that are open. just make sure you still have alt held down.
