I've tried on at least 8 dresses and I didn't get the feeling all the brides get. i guess I haven't found the one yet. I'm giving myself a deadline on which dress to get. Im having a princess wedding with the horse and carriage. outdoor garden wedding and indoor reception at a beautiful hall. These are the dresses i had in mind.

First off, I am glad to hear that there is another person out there who got all their wedding stuff taken care of early! When we were planning our wedding, I had everything picked out and paid for well in advance, so that I wouldn't be stressing at the last minute. Way to be organized! As for taking your mind off the wedding, you probably won't be able to. Its an exciting time, and you are going to think about it until the day arrives. Just enjoy it and have fun.

It sounds like you have everything but the dress taken care of so why are you still dreaming about all the details? That usually happens if you're really stressed and it sounds like you don't have anything to stress about! But you DO absolutely need to pick out a dress in the next 2 weeks because any store you go to has to ORDER the dress and then once it comes in, you have to do alterations and those can take a very long time as well.

First off, congrats on getting your vendors a lot of ppl wait until the last minute. Then it causes prices to be high. I say relax for a few months. It sounds like you are getting a little stressed with the lack of planning. But be thankful! haha

As for your dress...have you already went to try some on?? If so, and cant find anything look up dresses on Ebay...sounds kinda cheap but its not. They have a LOT of designer gowns for sale. Many half price. And if you get it and its too big then have the seamstress at the bridal store tailor it all up for you.

It will be here and over before you know it, don't do anything to make the time go faster. Enjoy this time, you'll never have it again.

Get your dress ASAP- you're going to be cutting it close to have it ready in five months!
