In addition to the high fiber cereals such as Fiber One, Uncle Sam has an excellent source of fiber which is flax seed.
One easy way to add fiber to your diet is to buy ground flax seed and add it to just about any thing. Not only is it loaded with fiber but it also has a tremendous amount of Omega 3 oils that are great for your skin, heart, mood, etc. Just make sure to get the flax ground so that your body can utilize all the nutrients.
Other excellent sources of fiber are any types of legumes, lentils, kidney beans, black beans, etc. Again, here not only do you get the fiber but you also get a great source of protein.
Don't forget your veggies, spinach, sweet potatoes, and spaghetti squash (a personal favorite) are also a great source of fiber.
Happy eating....adding fiber to your diet can actually be pretty tasty!
