My doctor says I have a life inside of me... I can't believe it. It even sends out little gifts for me every morning.
But the doctor told me I have to kill it.
Do I really have to?

If you believe that all creatures even the smallest viruses are having the right to live as much as you have and it is a crime to kill any life, then forget what the doctor told you and don't become a criminal HOLY!
Edit: TweetyBird, be like Tweety...loosen up! It is not always good to be serious.
Edit: if you want to really be very nice don't eat anything, no plants no meats nothing....LOL. All of these are a life you are disturbing to have your own life really not joking. I'm not that kinda person ya know!

A tapeworm needs to be killed! It will kill you're immune system and it will make you so weak because it can't eat stuff like we do, it has to eat stuff already digested by another living creature. And may I ask what you mean by it sends out "little gifts" every morning please??
