Weird random stabby pains?

So today at work I had about a 15-20 minute period of time where I was getting these horrible stabby pains in my stomach, like the upper left part of it and it felt like it was coming from the inside out. The only way I can describe it was it felt like hydrochloric acid burning a hole through my stomach. Then just now I get the same weird acid-y stabby pain in my neck shooting up to the back of my ear. What gives?

You could be dealing with Acid Reflux Disease but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
