is there any difference in shape and style from the 68 charger to the 70 ,,apart from the front grill

the whole front end is diff. on the 70
the fenders and hood are sqaured off to meet the loop bumper
these were actually the same fenders and hoods used on the daytonas which had to but up to the aero nose
69-70 tail light panel is different from 68
And most importantly 68,69, and 70 all have different marker lights.
The 70 R/T also had door scoops!
Actually the doors on a 69 and 70 are different than a 68 with different door lock knob locations...

The 68,69 and 70 Chargers were very similar with the exception of grilles, taillights, and side markers. The 68 had a "flat" grille, circular chrome side marker lights, and two circular taillights on each side, see the Charger in the movie, "Bullit". The 69 had the split grille, side reflectors not lights, and two wide taillights, Dukes of Hazzard Charger is NOT a good example of a 69 but it's the only one I can think of at the moment. The 70 had a surround bumper/flat grille combination which made the hood flat instead of a rounded front, different front fenders than the 68 and 69, side marker lights and the same taillights as the 69. The 71 through 74 models were the third generation Charger and a totally different body style.

68-69 70 were pretty much the same....small styling changes in the grille (69 was the only year of this body style to have a split grille) and taillight assemblies. 71-73 are TOTALLY different from the 68-70 models and so was the road runner. charger and roadrunner shared a common (b body ) platform.

yeah the tail lights on 68 are circles but the 70 has on big tail light.

just the grille and taillights and I believe the hood on the 70 is differen't.

they r the same but there is just like the parts and they change the shape a little
