How to change colour in excel?

Hi, I need to change the color of C1 if the condition is False. The Condition is A1=B1. We can get the output by using simple true or false formula, but I need to change the colour of the cell if the condition is false. Please suggest me....

use "conditional formatting" from your "format" menu. That will give you the ability to alter cell color.
