Lactose intolerance (or hypolactasia) is the term used to describe a decline in the level of lactase, an enzyme needed for proper metabolization of lactose (a sugar that is a constituent of milk and other dairy products), in human beings.

Lactose is a disaccharide that consists of β-D-galactose and D-glucose molecules bonded through a β1-4 glycosidic linkage. Lactose makes up around 2-8% of the solids in milk. The name comes from the Latin word for milk, plus the -ose ending used to name sugars.

Basically, lactose is a sugar, and that can not just be boiled out of anything...

Lactose is really a particular type of sugar. Boiling the milk will not remove it any more than boiling Coke will remove the sugar from it.

The process to remove lactose is quite complex and is not something the layperson can do at home.

nope,
boiling just increases its shelf life by killing bacteria
switch to soya milk( if want something lactose free)
its good too
