Sometimes, not very often, I get a sharp pain in my lower back, and when I lean up against something, the pain instantly moves to my stomach, and stays there until I take pressure off of my back, and it returns to its original location. Has anyone else ever experienced this? And does anyone know what causes this?

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as a herniated disk but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

I could lightly press the places to the correct and left of the bellybutton to peer if one aspect hurts greater than the opposite. It might be appendicitis. Does she have a fever? I could name a healthcare professional - I am no longer a healthcare professional so all I am pronouncing is it might be appendicitis headquartered on the truth that it is extreme agony within the stomach discipline.
