I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone here (as if you care!) because I've learned alot here from most of you. All of the questions I "deep down" wanted to know, have been answered. I stopped feeling the "high" of R&S and the novelty of the witty and sarcastic questions wore off probably as I read more and more that would qualify as simply offputting and distasteful. When you realize you can't skim past them b/c they encompass almost 80% of the forum. Anyway, my new hobby is to do my best to quit smoking (I smoke one cigarette a night to help me sleep....)...I'm off to buy sunflower seeds as a replacement. =)
And my question is "Will you kindly accept my thanks?"

The video is nonsense. there is honestly no evidence that any influenza vaccine could reason dystonia. The swine flu vaccine is being produced in precisely an identical way that the flu pictures have been produced for the final thirty years. on an identical time as there are hazards with any vaccine, the advantages a ways outweigh the very tiny odds of a trouble.

You are very welcome although I do not know whether I had any input or not. But I will say that sunflower seeds are indeed a good replacement for cigarettes - as long as you don't try to smoke them.
But it is much better to smoke sunflower seeds than to chew cigarettes, that I know for sure!

Good luck with the quitting smoking. I quit a few months ago and it was surprisingly easy after the first few days.

I was reading in Reader's Digest that those who look for things to be "thankful" for everyday are happier and healthier people. No doubt once you conquer your addition to nicotine you'll have yet another reason to be happy and healthy. Thank you for taking the time to say "thank you." All the best! I know what u mean, most of these ppl do ask some pretty sarcastic and ridiculous questions but there are ppl who have good questions and real concerns. Don't get too discouraged. Where ppl knock the door is opened to them, if they seek false things they will find it, and satan is here to seek, kill, and destroy.
