A look at the rash and a few pertinent questions about cavorting in the grass usually suffice. Reaching into the depths of my admittedly aging and unimaginative brain, I cannot think of a valid reason to spend precious health care dollars on these expensive tests for this diagnosis.

Maybe on "House" chiggers could be mistaken for tsutsugamuchi fever.
