If I had to choose one, I would have to say A.
The ONLY reason I say this is because there are other Christian groups out there who claim that only their interpretation is the correct one, and there are also those who use their interpretation of scripture to promote hate towards other people. I don't think that's the purpose The Bible is meant to serve.

Tolerance. Now there is an interesting word. This work used to mean "I think you are wrong, but you are free to believe what you want."
These days, the definition has been twisted, "If you think I'm wrong then you are intolerant."
I suppose by the "modern" definition I am not tolerant of anything that is against the Bible.
But by the traditional definition, I am tolerant of everyone. Everyone has a right to have a belief no matter how absurd or wrong it may be.
By the way... have you ever heard someone say, "I tolerate everything except for intolerance"? How does someone like that tolerate themself?...hmm

I don't find myself "hating" a denomination or being "intolerant" toward other denominations. I was taught to hate the sin and not the sinner which would apply to all denominations, wouldn't it? Many people are "born" into their religious beliefs and do not necessarily have the gift of faith. In this way, we must realize that people can be quite innocent of what they believe because of how it started for them and they have not educated themselves beyond that to learn more. We really do need Jesus to come again and straighten it all out for us.....

I have no qualms with the Christians in A, or any of the folks in B-D. They are free to believe what they want.
I CAN'T STAND it when people do heinous things and then claim it's in the name of Jesus or Christianity. Examples would be the people who bomb abortion clinics, carry 'God hates fags' signs and picket military funerals. Also those that are into mind control, and who use their position [priest, pastor, etc.] to abuse children sexually or physically, and bilk money or sex out of adults.
I hate the fact that any of that happens, and I hate it even worse when they try and say they are representing Christ or the Christian church.

Me, I'm most intolerant with fundamentalists. All fundamentalists, regardless of religion, whether it be Christian, Muslim, Church of Elvis, whatever.
I used to be a fundamentalist Christian myself and was told to hate all kinds of different groups of people, especially homosexuals. I have seen from the inside how fundamentalism is corrupt and endangers people psychologically and often, physically (my pastor, when I went into hiding from my abusive husband, told my husband where I was and then I was scolded for abandoning my "wifely duties.")
I am now a liberal Christian. As long as people aren't using their religion to gain control and hurt others, I say to each their own.
Peace.

I am not a Christian, and I believe we should be tolerant of all people from all walks of life. We should embrace the fact that we all have our own beliefs and just because someone thinks differently than us does not mean that they are wrong. The human race accepting one another would be my heaven.

You know I am tired of people talking about tolerance. What does that mean exactly? I will tolerate you. That is a slap in the face, a watered down condemnation. I demand more than just tolerance I want respect.

It's a myth that Christians are intolerant. The majority are very tolerant people. You only hear about the radical ones. Radical anything is not good.
On Yahoo Answers, I see more intolerance, hatred, and bigotry from atheists than from anyone else.... usually directed towards Christians.

C. Atheists. Because worse than they accuse us Christians of, they try to ram it down our throats. I've never told anyone who to worship, or not worship. I've never had a Christian or Muslim tell me that I am nuts for believing what cannot be seen. And when you get to my age, you KNOW that a lot of things cannot be explained by science. Many atheists will tell me that they believe in ghosts and angels and such, and I think, boy, they don't believe in a possibility of a greater Being, but they believe in ghosts, and angels, who are directly tied to religious belief.
