In current Italian we say
"Mi dispiace, ho sbagliato a scrivere il tuo nome"
(while literal would be " Ho scritto il tuo nome sbagliato, mi dispiace)

"Alla ragazza più graziosa d'Italia" or "Alla più graziosa ragazza Italiana"

Graziosa is a little bit outdated, try BELLISSIMA. For I'm sorry you can either use SCUSA (sorry) or SCUSAMI (excuse me) or MI DISPIACE or SONO DISPIACIUTO.
