I have been running consistently now for about 6 months. I run an average of 3 days per week, about 3-3 1/2 miles. When I can I'll run 4 days. It's hard though because I have 3 kids and a busy schedule. Anyway, I noticed that I'd lost about 5 to 7 pounds since I started running, and that's ok. I do not want to continue losing weight because I am 5'4 and weigh about 118-120. I eat, all the time and try to fit in weights once or twice a week (at home).
So, how do I continue running and toning, but not lose any more weight? Running is a release of stress for me so it's really not an option to stop unless un-forseen circumstances forced me to. Please advise. Thank you.

There's no reason for you to stop your running. The simple solution to the problem is that you need to be eating more calories than you are burning. Because you are losing weight, it means that you are burning off the calories you have taken in.

Based on what you described, I'd advise that you cut back on your distance. Since the running serves as a stress-reliever for you, I wouldn't suggest you stop (!). You can continue to run with the same frequency, eating patter and weight training....just run 2 miles instead of almost 4.
If you relish the actual amount of time it takes you to run that distance, run about two miles and walk the rest of the time...that way, you'll still have "you" time, but you won't burn as much fat and as many calories.
I hope that helps!

Take supplements, I have a friend who would eat four sandwiches at lunch, and he was still way under weight, but the supplements helped him maintain his weight, I would really reccommend it!
