You have no idea if she is wrong for him. You are just jealous. Unless you were brave enough to confess you're feelings for him beforehand, you'll have to wait the relationship out.

Steer well clear!
It's possible that your opinion is clouded by your feelings for him, and that will come right out if you tell her. I've been there myself but it's not worth risking losing a friend and prospective partner because of it. If they don't work out, you'll be there for both of them.
Be patient.
