She is 35 and I am 22, she gave me her number awhile back and when I made a move she rejected me( I asked for a kiss, after she told me she likes guys that take control) Now, when I see her she asks if I still have her number? Why would she ask me, after she rejected me? I don't understand. Does she want a friend or a boy toy? Please give your advice. Do I have a chance or is she just testing to see if she can still get a younger man?

I think you're misinterpreting her comment. Some women are really turned off by men who are not confident and assertive about what they want. In telling you that, she gave you the key to her lock! Asking if you have her number is her begging you to use the key.
Don't let this one get away. Call her up, kiss her confidently, and see where things go from there!

Sounds to me, like she is pulling your chain to get a rise out of you... i would tell her i lost your number and When she asks if you want it again, tell her, No, Your too immature for me and I want a woman who Knows what she wants and doesn't reject me after giving me her number... she wants you to take charge, don't ask, take. It is always easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission. Call her up and tell her you have a surprise for her, take her out to dinner then take her to a hotel. take control the whole time. BTW she probably wants a boy toy and she probably wants to see if she can get a younger man, but you have to take the reigns do your thing bro!!! I"M EXCITED FOR YOU!
