I have a pot roast in the oven. At about 300 degrees. How long should I keep it in there?

Should I cover the pot? Is 300 degrees ok, or should I raise the temp?

well at 300, you might keep it there for an hour and a half to two hours ... yes you should cover it with a lid, if you don't have the lid, you can cover it with foil ... you can raise the temp to 350 or 400 and then cook if for an hour to an hour and a half ... good luck!

leave it like it is.. the longer the better...sounds yummy
just keep an eye on it
