Question about my knee?

Ok so i went to my knee doctor and he said i have tenditis but i dont htink i do becuase my knees keep getting worse and worse to were ill start crying somtimes....my knees hurt on the bone all around and my knees bruise for no reasons...have an ideas on what i might have

i dont play football now i want to but i dont..i want to know whats wrong wit my knee

Looks as if your Mom was right you will have to stop playing football.
