if i had like a dead dog or somthing buried in the back yard and i sold my house, would i have to dig....oh my god it would be a skeleton.. anyway i dont want them to get a fright of a skeleton in the back yard if they decide to like put in a pool

No, you aren't required to take Fido with you, but for future reference, you might want to think ahead when burying your loved ones, and be sure to pick a spot least likely to be dug up again, like over in the corner, or way outback under a tree.

Oh man! If we had to dig up everything that we had buried when we sold our place... It would have been several dogs, a couple of cats, and a coupld of llama's. That's farm living for ya.
